Market Hardware CEO Speaks at Home Inspector Training Academy

Brian Kraff invited to present on Internet Marketing

August 12, 2004 -- Bethesda, Maryland -- Market Hardware recently headlined a key section of the Home Inspector Training Academy's (HITA) summer session. CEO Brian Kraff spoke to over 100 home inspector trainees on the importance of Internet marketing. "More and more home buyers and real estate agents are using the Web to find home inspectors. And referred clients are now making an inspector's web site one of the first things they review before making a choice," stated Hollis Brown, HITA's owner and head instructor. Kraff led a half-day session on how potential clients searched online for services like home inspections, how to build or buy a professional website and how to use search engines to market a home inspection business. Inspectors were instructed on how experienced inspectors were distinguishing themselves with a clear marketing message and a site built to appeal to their target market.
